Who

Håvard Nordberg Funderud is a Norwegian guitar player, composer, improviser and teacher. He mainly works with jazz and improvised music in various bands both and a composer and guitar player. His music in inspired by free jazz, rock and other comtemporary styles.

He has a masters degree in music performance and composition fram the Norwegian Academy of Music, with semesters done at the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg and the Rythmic Music Concervatory in Copenhagen. He did his bachelors degree in teaching and jazz performance at the Norwegian Adacemy of Music.
